frequently asked questions

  • Stop all Retinol products!

  • Discontinue use of physical, manual, and chemical exfoliators such as glycolic, salicylic, and lactic acids 72 hours pre and post appointment.

    No facial waxing prior to your appointment!

  • If you received injectables such as botox or filler please wait at least 2 weeks post your injections to get a SKNFIT treatment

protecting your investment:

  • Don’t touch, manipulate, or put makeup on your skin. Avoid sweating and heavy workouts; try to keep your skin cool. 

  • Do not use exfoliators, actives, or waxing. Instead, opt for gentle cleansers, serums, and moisturizers. Do not forget about SPF!

  • Follow your SKNFIT treatment plan,pre-book your next appointment &reach out if you have questions!

Cancellation Policy:
Life happens, and I understand! However, please note that I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment.

If you need to cancel, please log in to your member portal or view your bookings on the Square app to cancel. Cancellations via text, DM, or email will not be accepted.

Additionally, if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, I may not be able to provide the full service planned, or I may need to cancel the appointment altogether.
